Community Guidelines

Dude exists to help adults meet and start real conversations. These Community Guidelines keep the platform welcoming, safe, and genuine for everyone. They apply to all activity on the Service — profiles, video calls, messages, and beyond. By using Dude, you agree to follow them.

Treat every member with kindness and consent. People come from many backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. Be courteous, listen, and respect boundaries — including someone’s decision to end a conversation or decline a connection at any time.

Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, and intimidation are not tolerated. This includes unwanted, persistent contact and any behavior intended to demean, frighten, or pressure another person. If someone asks you to stop, stop.

We prohibit content or conduct that attacks or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Hateful symbols, slurs, and calls for exclusion or violence have no place on Dude.

Be yourself. Do not impersonate other people, brands, or organizations, and do not create profiles using someone else’s photos or identity. Misrepresenting your age is strictly prohibited and will result in removal.

Do not use Dude to deceive or exploit others. This includes romance scams, phishing, soliciting money or financial information, promoting investment schemes, or any attempt to defraud members. Never send money to someone you have only met online.

Any illegal activity is banned, including the sale of illegal goods or services, human trafficking, promotion of violence, and — without exception — any content that sexualizes or endangers minors. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation; see our Child Safety Standards. We report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities.

Dude has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This is the most serious violation of these guidelines. Without exception, you must never create, share, request, or facilitate any of the following:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any imagery or media that depicts a minor in a sexual manner.
• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) — any conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a minor.
• Grooming — building a relationship with a minor to enable sexual abuse or exploitation, online or offline.
• Sexualization of minors — sexual comments, requests, role-play, or content involving anyone under 18.
• Solicitation involving minors — requesting sexual content from, or offering it to, a minor.

We remove this content immediately, permanently ban the accounts involved, preserve records, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other appropriate law enforcement authorities. Read our full Child Safety Standards.

Dude is not a platform for commercial sexual services. Even between consenting adults, you must not use the Service to advertise, arrange, solicit, or facilitate:

• Escort services or companionship offered in exchange for money or other consideration.
• Paid sexual services, prostitution, or any exchange of sexual acts for payment.
• Soliciting sexual acts, whether offering or requesting them commercially.
• Sexual exploitation of any person, including coercion or non-consensual activity.
• Human trafficking or the facilitation of trafficking in any form.

Accounts used for these purposes are removed, and unlawful activity is reported to the authorities.

Keep interactions genuine. Do not send bulk or repetitive messages, advertise external products or services, post links to malicious sites, or use bots and automation to interact with members.

Dude is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Accounts belonging to minors, or adults who enable minors to access the Service, will be removed. We may request age verification at any time. Learn more in our Child Safety Standards.

Help us keep the community safe. If you see something that violates these guidelines, report it using the in-app reporting tools or contact our safety team.

• Use the Report option on any profile, message, or call.
• Block anyone you no longer wish to interact with.
• Email urgent safety concerns to support@dudesocial.in.
• Visit our Safety Center for more resources.

We review reports and take action based on the severity and frequency of violations. Depending on the situation, consequences may include:

• A warning and removal of the offending content.
• Temporary restriction of certain features.
• Suspension of your account.
• Permanent termination and a ban from the Service.
• Referral to law enforcement where illegal activity is involved.
